GUS Canada partners with TECHNATION to enhance student’s career prospects

GUS Canada has entered a transformative partnership with TECHNATION Canada to augment career readiness among students. This exciting collaboration incorporates TECHNATION’s Career Ready Program into GUS Canada’s curriculum across its institutions, including UNF, UCW, TSOM, CCTB and Trebas Institute.
Students will benefit from paid placements within the technology industry gaining vital experience and connections.
Diana Mockute, Chief Partnership Officer at GUS Canada, expressed her enthusiasm for the initiative: “This partnership represents a significant step forward in offering students meaningful work-integrated learning experiences and preparing them for successful careers. It’s about equipping them with the skills today’s employers are urgently seeking.”
In addition to these placements, it also leverages key tools like CareerFinder, LaunchPad and SkillPassport to provide labour market insights and educational opportunities for students pursuing careers in Canada’s tech sector.
