St. Matthew’s University School of Veterinary Medicine partners with Olds College
St. Matthew’s University School of Veterinary Medicine recently announced a new partnership with Olds College of Agriculture & Technology, based in Alberta Canada, to support the future of veterinary medicine.
Olds College Veterinary Technology Diploma graduates who apply to the SMUSVM Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) programme will benefit from an expedited application review process, guaranteed interview and eligibility for a $10,000 Partnership Scholarship, as well as other merit-based scholarships.
Olds College students attending SMUSVM will benefit from early hands-on training, unique access to small aquatic animals (as well as standard large animals) and the immersive, personalised learning environment at SMUSVM.
Dr Brendan Lee, Executive Dean of SMUSVM, said: “This partnership provides students with the opportunity to become veterinarians in less than five years after enrolling at Olds College.”
